Applicants

Applications are now CLOSED for the 2025 Ohio Rose Selection!
Application Deadline: FEBRUARY 15, 2025

Are you or someone you know interested in applying to become the 2025 Ohio Rose?

Here is some more information about the Ohio Rose Centre and Rose of Tralee International Festival:

Each year, Rose Centres around the world select one Rose to represent her local Centre and her community at the Rose of Tralee International Festival in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. This year the Festival will be held in Tralee on August 15th – August 29th, 2025, with the Rose Tour starting a week prior to the International Festival (August 10th).

The journey, though, begins months before Ireland, as each Centre holds their own unique selection process, which celebrates the achievements and aspirations of all the women that apply. It is an opportunity for applicants to make new friends, develop and grow personally, and engage in the global Irish community.

Ohio’s selection process will take place the weekend of March 27th – 30th, 2025 in the Greater Cleveland area as our Centre is located in Westlake, OH, just outside of Cleveland. There will be several events that will take place the above weekend in March starting Thursday evening and ending Sunday. There will be opportunities for applicants to meet and network with sponsors and organizations, undergo various interviews, and tour the Cleveland area. During this process, applicants will get to know the other applicants and many Ohio Rose Community members. Our selection weekend is always one to remember!

Family, friends, and sponsors of the applicants are then welcome to participate in our Selection Day celebration, where the 2025 Ohio Rose will be announced on Saturday, March 29th, 2025!
